What Works Best for You?

I tailor my approach to each client, keeping in mind each person's background, current challenges, and goals. I am constantly learning as a therapist, so that I can offer each client a flexible, but informed, therapeutic experience.  As we work together, I will also learn from you, fine-tuning our time together so that you get the most out of each session.

My approach is sometimes called "integrative therapy" or "holistic therapy." While some therapists prefer to work within a single therapeutic model, I draw on different therapeutic techniques and tools to fit each client's needs. This allows me to be flexible and inclusive and adapt to new situations as they arise.

I offer both in-person and online sessions, with many clients choosing a hybrid of both. I’ve found that many clients prefer to have sessions online or in a space where they feel personally at ease, rather than in a traditional office setting.
